INSTRUCTIONS
- Add tasks you want to complete in the task list.
- Click on the task you would like to start working on and/or complete.
- You will work for 25 minute intervals (Pomodoros) with 3-5 minute long breaks in between.
- After 4 Pomodoros, you will be rewarded a longer 15-30 minute long break.
- When your pomodoro ends, you will be asked if you have completed your task. If so, click “Yes” and repeat from Step 2 if tasks remain.
NOTE: Within your 25 minute interval, press the “End” button if you get distracted or need to leave. This will reset your Pomodoro count toward your long break reward and you will be provided a summary page of what you accomplished during your entire session.
